We are partnering with a profitable, growing, private equity backed company headquartered in North Houston in their search for an Accounting Consolidations & Reporting Manager.
The Consolidations & Reporting Manager will be a key team member and work cross-functionally with tax, treasury, FP&A, and operations.
The Consolidations & Reporting Manager overseas the consolidation of multiple entities across the U.S. and beyond and is an individual contributor role.

Key responsibilities for the Accounting Consolidations & Reporting Manager:
• Preparation of the consolidated financial statements for multiple entities across the U.S. and beyond
• Fx translation to USD
• Management reporting
• Coordination of the annual audit
• Support of M&A activity such as integration of acquired assets
• Technical accounting research
• Other special projects and responsibilities as they arise.
Required experience & credentials for the Accounting Consolidations & Reporting Manager
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university; Master of Accountancy or MBA highly desirable
• CPA or strong progression towards CPA with multiple parts successfully passed.
• 7+ years of professional accounting experience with a complex, multi-national company
• Experience managing the monthly/quarterly/annual close process and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Fx calculations to USD for multiple currencies
• Experience with Big 4 or other large tier public accounting firms is highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP platform as well as advanced Excel skills
• Good tenure and career progression
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Multiple centrally located large, well-established companies. Both in-office and hybrid with great benefits. Ideal candidate has public accounting and 3-5+ years of experience.

Senior Financial Reporting Analyst – Hybrid to low $100’s + bonus(es) DOE
2-5 years of SEC reporting experience to include public accounting experience. CPA/parts passed/progression towards license required.

Treasury Analyst – to ~ $80k + bonus + ½ day Fridays
Large, dynamic, growing company with great team. This is a role for a 1-3 year professional with cash management and a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
