People ask me why I chose the elephant as my symbol…
This is what the elephant represents:
Strength, Love and protection. Physical body. Peace. Patience. Kindness and caring. Compassion. Family and loyalty as well as overcoming obstacles.

If we were standing on the edge of a lake that was a mile long, and I told you on the other side was everything you’ve ever wanted. Peace, love, prosperity and success. The water represents ptsd, anxiety, addiction, depression and failed relationships. You could take breaks along the way as you needed but all you had to do was get to the other side. Would you swim? I swam and although I’m not where I want to be mentally I’m right and I’m almost there. Join me.
