Yesterday marked an exciting milestone as we officially broke ground on the renovation of Oakleaf Estates in Silsbee, Texas!

We were honored to welcome Mayor Danny Reneau, members of the City of Silsbee, residents, and the many team members whose dedication is helping bring this transformation to life.

Guests had the opportunity to tour the first completed building and preview the beautifully renovated apartment homes, offering a glimpse of what's to come for the entire community. Seeing residents walk through their future homes made the day even more meaningful.

Oakleaf Estates has proudly served Silsbee families for years, and we're excited to continue investing in the community with modernized homes, updated amenities, and improvements that will benefit residents for years to come.
