*You will Have access to equipment from 5:30am to 8pm with a 4 digit code along with a cart and a Virtual trainer with step by step workouts.
Is it safe?
*Yes , we provide equipment that is sanitized and cleaned before and after each session , it is Covid-19 regulated.WIth your trainer being virtual you have nothing to worry about!
How Long are the sessions
*30 minutes
Can I book in advance ?
*Yes ,all sessions are easily booked with your phone and rescheduling as well , don't worry it won't waste a session it can be used later 😊
