Big diagnostic job completed on this PACCAR. Truck came in with fuel dosing valve fault, aftertreatment issues, and elevated soot levels. Performed full circuit testing and traced the harness to damaged rubbed-through wiring under the truck. Installed overlay wiring repair for the dosing valve circuit, replaced failed intake NOx sensor, cleared faults, performed forced regen to restore soot levels, and finished with ECM software update for the customer.
