fun fact: the first cheesecake I sold was to a lone star north harris english professor for an english class I was taking for a summer. I told her I had lost my scholarship and she offered to be the first sale.
I'm thankful for that one cheesecake that turned my life into a wild ride :)

this one is a play on strawberry milkshake from february with a twist and inspo from our tiramisu cheesecake, so you can enjoy all the flavors and textures in one beautifully smooth bite 🫶🏼
y’all normally I take the first cheesecake of the new flavor and hand it out to my taste testers, but this one was so good it stayed in my fridge as a late night snack and I’m on my last couple of bites right now so I figured it was time to release it 🥹
