Easy Dinner 🍽️ 😮‍💨TellemTanyea Way

* 2 lbs chicken breast, sliced
* 1 bell pepper (or mini sweet peppers), sliced
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1 tsp paprika
* ½ tsp black pepper
* ½ tsp salt
* 2–3 tbsp BBQ sauce (or your favorite sweet glaze)
* Parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add chicken and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.
4. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the chicken and toss to coat.
5. Add sliced peppers to the center of the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender but still colorful.
6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
