This is the exact moment in your life where you buckle down and get real with yourself. None of these 10 things will get you ANYWHERE in life and should be cut from the core.

You have much potential and power in you just waiting to be released like a superhero in battle. Like The Avengers battling Thanos. This is the year where you grab hold of the reigns and take control of your life. Remove the extra baggage.

Here are four tools for a powerful life reset:

1. Get a journal! I can't stress this enough, but getting a journal will be the single most valuable investment in yourself that you will ever have in your life. It completely transformed me when I got my first one. Prior to getting a journal (and I'm sure you can relate) I used to freestyle day-to-day not really having a plan on what to do or what "goals" to tackle - which is how procrastination takes over. A journal will hold you accountable with yourself and build confidence in your abilities to get s**t done.

2. Create a powerful daily and nightly routine. What are your current habits? Write them down and ask yourself are they good ones that align with who you want to be and how you want to show up in the world. Are they helping you be healthier, happier, or helping you move the needle to be successful? If they don't, cut it from the source and replace them with good habits. It's literally as easy as that.

3. Get a habit tracker or you can use your journal. This way you can incorporate the habits you want to implement in your brand new life and keep track of your progress. This will allow you to hold yourself accountable and create the life that you want.

4. Find like-minded friends or loved ones to level up with. There's nothing more empowering and sweeter than growing together and supporting each other along the journey.
