A great afternoon of conversation, tasting, and introducing more people to what continues to do so well in Texas wine đ·
We poured both Blanc du Bois and Cabernet Sauvignon at Central Market, and while both wines found their audience, the Cabernet Sauvignon clearly stole the show.
It was the bottle people kept coming back to. Structured, expressive, and the kind of wine that keeps the conversation going long after the first pour.

Ingrid Best created IBEST with a vision that feels both global and intentional. Her wines reflect culture, creativity, and quality, while bringing a fresh perspective to how wine can connect with people and tell a broader story.
Ntsiki Biyela made history as South Africaâs first Black female winemaker and continues that legacy through Aslina Wines. What began as a breakthrough has become a lasting influence, with wines that carry identity, purpose, and presence while inspiring the next generation.
