This morning, as we mourn the passing of our Holy Father, Pope Francis, the Legionaries of Christ give thanks for his 12 years of faithful shepherding of the Church and Regnum Christi, especially during a time of renewal and grace.

We also share that Fr. John Connor, LC, general director of the Legionaries of Christ, has temporarily delegated his responsibilities to Fr. Hernán Jiménez, LC, due to health reasons. Diagnosed with a rare speech disorder, Fr. John remains committed to the mission and will use this time to rest and prepare for the 2026 General Chapter.
