This was just a backyard… until 40 guests walked in and it felt like a private event venue.
The space already had everything you would expect. A beautiful pool, clean landscaping, and a solid foundation.
But it wasn’t designed for a celebration like this.
We started by mapping out the entire layout so the space could function like a real event. Dining areas, lounge flow, and focal points all built around the pool.
Then we brought in the installations. Large-scale green and white balloon designs framed the space and guided guests naturally through the event.
The GRAD marquee became the centerpiece, layered with balloons and greenery and positioned right by the water so it instantly pulled attention.
The tables were finished with crisp linens, deep green runners, gold flatware, and fresh white florals that tied everything together.
By the time we stepped back, it didn’t feel like a backyard anymore. It felt like a fully designed experience.
Guests went straight to the GRAD letters. Phones out. Photos everywhere. That moment became the center of the night.
