Our Story

For those that are looking to take on the most extreme challenges; NRD Houston Warrior Challenge Program is here to train and mentor to ensure that you are successful.

Some missions require highly specialized talent - along with the training and the nerve to accomplish the most dangerous and daunting of tasks to include eliminating threats, defusing bombs, rescuing those in destress and salvaging vital equipment from treacherous depths. Members of the Naval Special Warfare/Naval Special Operations (NSW/NSO) communities take on the most impossible missions - and target the most elusive objectives.

This is the territory of Navy SEALs, Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewmen (SWCC) teams, EOD Technicians, Navy Divers and Aviation Rescue Swimmers - men and women who have the intelligence, physical fitness, and drive to rise to the top. It is work that demands a state of mind marked by extreme courage and capability under fire.

While the Navy Recruiter helps you with your basic Navy requirements, our NSW/NSO cooridinator and scouts will help you with the Naval Special Warefare specific requirements. As a result of our program and programs like ours across the nation the SEALs alone now have an 90% graduation rate, with EOD at 90%, SWCC 87%, Divers 86%, and Search & Rescue Swimmers have more than 80%. This is a dramatic improvement from years ago which produced about a 40% graduation rate.
