This is a new buildout for Intermarrine, a company taking more than half of the 11th floor for their new office space located inside the Brookhollow ll building on the north loop of 610. Juan Hernandez is the foreman and is well ahead of schedule. Great Job!!

Started demolition on the 20th floor of Scurlock Tower in the Houston Medical Center. Juan Avila is the foreman for this 20th floor suite as well as a similar suite on the 17th floor of the same building. Scurlock Tower is a tough building to work in! Very proud of Juan doing whatever it takes to keep our customer The Trevino Group happily satisfied!

Performance Drywall would like to welcome Mike Degroot II to the Houston staff! We are excited to see Mike provide leadership and take charge of his new field team by becoming their “go to” guy! Mike’s resume shows him to be a very capable superintendent, one that will provide the skills and know how to help focus and keep people on task! He exudes commitment and a strong work ethic which will create a high level of intensity and accountability! Mike, we look forward to working along side you as you manage this team of men who total more than a 150,000 hours annually working in the field building Houston!

I am also proud to report good news about Alan Chambers! Alan is passing his leadership responsibilities for the field off to Mike so that he can focus on working closer with the estimating and management staff! Alan has always been able to “raise up” the level of work and play to everyone around him and is highly respected in his field of expertise! Alan will now champion a completely new role inside the company which holds the title of purchasing agent! Material is a huge part of what we do, and getting it right and staying competitive has been a challenge for every drywall company out there! We look forward to Alan coming inside to help us create an entire new role that will streamline one of our companies largest expenses.... material! Performance Drywall spends millions of dollars every year on material, and this will be no easy task! I can’t think of anyone better than Alan to get this done!

I am proud to be part of this team of champions who take their jobs with seriousness, responsibility and ownership like no other! I look forward to seeing this team continue working together to produce great results!
