Lions and Tigers, and Rhinos! Oh My!

Now that it’s been gifted I can share this adorable jungle animal themed baby bedding set I made a while back. It’s a full set: quilt, fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases, and a top sheet, so it’ll grown with little Alexander from his crib to his toddler bed!

This was so much fun to do and I’m honored to be trusted with such a precious gift for my friends new grand baby!

Sarah with and I will be back at the Curb Market Lower Heights again tomorrow from noon - 5 and we hope to see you there!

In addition to some handmade jewelry and embroidered goods, I’ll have:
Garlic, Rosemary, and Parmesan bread
Lemon Crinkle Rainbow cookies
Chocolate chip Fudgy Brookies
And dad’s favorite Peanut Butter cookies.

Dad put me through the ringer coming up with this PB cookie recipe. He was quite the PB cookie connoisseur and must have sent me back to the cookie drawing board at least 10 times. His perfect cookie had to be soft in the middle, a little crunchy around the edges, not too flat, not too poofy, super peanut buttery, with a full coating of sugar on the outside (and a little extra sprinkled on top), and I couldn’t use any of that fancy “natural” peanut butter. It had to be good old Skippy Creamy. It took some doing, but he finally approved these and couldn’t get enough of them. I so wish I could bake him a batch today, but since I can’t, I’ll share them with you. The only difference between his cookies and these is that I used crunchy PB because I like those little chunks of peanut in there!
