What you see now is the result of putting in work for YEARS 👏🏽🔥

I started my fitness journey in 2020 after having severe preeclampsia with Ty. Since then I’ve moved across the country 3x, got pregnant with Tatum, got an endometriosis diagnosis, survived my first deployment, tore my labrum, got a hysterectomy, fell in love with the gym, fell OUT of love with the gym, started a GLP1 and began my wellness journey. Through the craziness, working out has remained my constant.
