A weekend full of advocating for women’s health and research, learning the latest in women’s obstetrical and gynecological care, and of course… meeting all of YOU! My heart is filled 🥹 Thank you SO MUCH to the team for the BEST weekend! 🫶🏽

Such an AMAZING and unforgettable day on The Hill with ! We came together to advocate for higher standards in the supplement industry, because women deserve better.

Women are some of the most consistent users of vitamins and supplements, so we deserve the most updated research on what ingredients and dosages are actually safe and efficacious, especially during vulnerable life stages like pregnancy.

We also advocated for increased funding to support more clinical research on women. For too long, we have been underrepresented in clinical trials and it’s time we expect better!

We’re done asking - we’re EXPECTING more.

Lobbying for women’s health reform today 📣 What a dream! 🙌🏽 🥹

This wasn’t required for me to post here, but I really wanted to share this cause 1. I’m super proud of myself and my team on this one 🤗, but also, 2. I really wanted to show you from my last post just how much you can be both smart and creative. And imma take it even further and say 3. To all my fellow black women: sometimes we struggle with relinquishing control because it’s engrained in us to do everything from the beginning. Look what happens when you do! I had to trust A LOT of people on this one and I’m so glad I did 🥰. Hire that help!

And lastly 4. it’s such a COMPLETE honor to work with one of my DREAM BRANDS that I wear every single day (🤯🤯🤯); so it’s always important to reach back and thank the people that got you there. Every… single… time.

SO THANK YALL! I really and truly appreciate every single one of you. THOSE AREN’T JUST WORDS! Life has been kinda hard lately and having a community on here has really helped me push through and continue to show up. Love you all and I hope you enjoyyyy! (These actually do smell really good lol 😂)
