Environment Millwork is looking for an experienced Millwork Project Manager.

We are an AWI-QCP Premium certified shop and also FSC Chain of Custody certified. Our workload is strong and growing. Candidate must have experience and working knowledge of Commercial Architectural Millwork, including but not limited to: Wood/Laminate Casework, Wall Paneling, Doors and Door Hardware, Veneer Matching, and Species Identification.

We are looking for an experienced project manager with the following skills and qualifications:



Able to manage projects up to $4 million in scope.
At least five years experience as a millwork project manager.
A working knowledge of AWI QCP standards.
Experience with AutoCAD and Microvellum.
Excellent problem solving and dispute resolution skills.
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Experience in estimating a plus, but not necessary.

We are expecting to train on all items above to meet our specific needs, but at least 5 years of millwork project manager experience is a minimum requirement.

Preferences:

English required, Bilingual plus

Experience with FSC/LEED

Understanding of AWI-QCP / LEED / FSC

Non – Smoker

We are an AWI-QCP Premium certified shop and also FSC Chain of Custody certified. Our workload is strong and growing. Candidate must have experience and working knowledge of Commercial Architectural Millwork, including but not limited to: Laminate/Wood Casework, Wall Paneling, Doors and Door Hardware, Veneer Matching, and Species Identification.

Job Duties Include:

Read Blueprints and Job Specification Binders

Ask Questions and Take Direction

Microvellum - Job Setup, Layout, Annotation & Submittal Drawings

3D AutoCAD - Layout, Annotation & Submittal Drawings

Correcting Drawings and Red-Line

Adjusting Drawings after Field Measure

Calculating Material Needs / Ordering Job Specific Materials & Hardware

Production Package Shop Documentation

We are expecting to train on all items above to meet our specific needs, but at least 1 year of Microvellum experience is a minimum requirement.
