Our Story

InnateRHYTHMS, founded by Dr. Jackie St.Cyr in 2003, offers Empowerment Community Drum Circles at the Innate Chiropractic Healing Arts Center. They also offer The Healing Drum Kit Workshop based on the work of Christine Stevens and programs for Remo's evidence based HealthRHYTHMS protocol for stress reduction, exercise, self-expression, camaraderie/support, nurturing, spirituality, rhythmical and community empowerment! Facilitators have received training Baba Abubakr, Arthur Hull, Remo's HealthRHYTHMS and Yamaha's Clavinova Connection.

Our mission is to entrain and empower people to experience their Innate RHYTHMS and to express their full Innate POTENTIAL thru music, movement and motivation!
