In this third part, we focus on Victor's work on the B-24.
Victor had an amazing 35 year career just at Wright-Patterson field, and he loves to share those experiences. He sat and entertained us for quite some time there on that very field during the 75th Doolittle Reunion, quite an honor to be there.
