In a world that moves too fast, sometimes you just need a second to pause, listen deeply, and reconnect. ☺️
That's why on May 30th, from 10am-12pm, we are bringing you a time to gather yourself and just take a breath. We are thrilled to partner with Asia Society Texas, Daya, Tahiri, and The Jung Center's Mind Body Spirit Institute for a cross-cultural exploration of sound and vibration as a means of healing. 🧘🏽♀️🌺
This session will include
- Sound meditation
- Vietnamese Buddhist chanting
- A live tabla performance
