Great class tonight with a review of everything we worked on this month (halo, throw&spin, passing, waist hooping, earth&sky, hip hooping, the smear, the cape-twirl, the atomic twirl, and front lifts), a couple new challenges (leg and foot hooping) - and a preview of next month with chest hooping!

Come out and wish Ducky a Hoopy Birthday!... Class at 7:30pm at Niamoves... :-)
