Right before Thanksgiving, I had the great opportunity to attend, guest speak, and teach a BBQ Master Class at the 2024 Vallarta Grill Festival in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! This was a truly special culinary experience right on the Bay with world-class culinary talent. I also attended Sabores de La Tierra or “Flavors of the Earth”, an elite ‘farm to table” culinary event put on by and the chefs at , which I will put in the next post.
