Kairo didn’t end up at CAMO because he did anything wrong. His family loved him very much, but heartbreaking allergies made it impossible for them to keep him. 💔 Through it all, this sweet boy has remained full of love, hope, and tail wags.

Update on the dogs that were trapped yesterday and brought to Camo Rescue. 🛟

The owner opened their garage door and let seven male dogs out (intentionally) and they took off down the street running. Five of them were caught last night, but sadly one of them drowned in a neighbors pool. The last one was just caught thanks to the awesome Andrea. He will be coming to us tomorrow. The Dogs that we received have were groomed. They all need neutered and dentals and are 3-6 years old. ❤️‍🩹

They were covered in fleas, urine and f***s. God only knows how long the neglect lasted. I will file a report with Harris County.
