Flying Phobia Help

Congrats to Genesis P-enroute to Pittsburgh for work. Genesis had completed our workshop last year after tiring of declining job offers that required air travel. She emphasizes the need to do the practice flight "immediately after the class." Way to go gal!

Jul 2025. We had a large group in our summer fear-of-flying workshop yesterday. Here Dr. Fasteau is describing how to manage flying anxiety using cognitive behavioral technique shown in previous research to be effective for this phobia.
