Guard Your Heart

May you guard your heart from toxic influences. May you steward your times of rest so they will truly replenish you. May you cast down every negative, defeating thought that sets itself above the knowledge and goodness of God. And may you give the Lord His rightful place in your life: above your fears, above your worries, and above your frustrations. He is God Most High, and when He reigns in your life, you will thrive.

Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
