Trying my best to stay off socials, but wanted to drop in and wish y’all a happy Thanksgiving. It’s my favorite holiday, filled with family and gratitude. The advertising mafia seem to have largely overlooked this holiday in favor of Christmas, which seems to be a lost cause in the social landscape by now.

So visit your family, your friends, your cats. Eat, drink, and be merry. But above all else, I urge y’all to take a minute to reflect on all the blessings that surround you. The world ain’t perfect, and maybe a bit more gratitude will inspire folks to be better. It inspires me, for sure.

Things I’m grateful for (in no particular order): being raised by good people, late nights with old friends, good dogs, old bars, the rain, peace amidst war, surprise calls from buddies from way back, a good pair of jeans, my granddad’s rifle, a good place to live, warm fires, cool cats, a good woman, a good man, freedom, and motorcycles.
