We are hiring for Customer Service Representatives at our Houston, TX location.

$500 dollar bonus + hourly on first check.

Cheap Piano Lessons is a company that was founded in 2019 with the ability of providing easy and economical piano lessons to those who subcribe to us. With almost 10,000 subscribers we are offering a different way of learning music without the need of going to school or paying high prices for a private instructor. We offer courses, video lessons that can educate the beginners as well as the advanced, the ability to message instructors and even book one on one lessons with them. All for one low, affordable monthly price.

We are located in Downtown Houston. As a Customer Service Representative you will take incoming calls, transfer callers to correct department, take payments, send invoices, account support and creating reports. Other duties include sending reminder emails to instructors, ocassional outbound calls to customers and scheduling bookings over the phone for for local customers only. We provide paid training, full health benefits and bonuses.

Requirements:

-18 yrs or older

-High School Diploma

- reliable transportation

-customer service experience preffered but not required

Schedule will be monday-friday 8am-5pm. Friday and Saturday off. Pay rate is $20/hr. Weekly pay, bonuses and paid training and vacation.
