FASCIA MOVEMENT

Recent research discovered that gentle stretching of the fascia decreased inflammation and decreased breast cancer tumor growth in animal studies.

Helene Langevin has been doing incredible research with fascia and the effects of stretching it.
She found that gentle stretching increased the factors that resolve inflammation in the body.
Not only that, but she found that gentle stretching of the fascia for 10 minutes decreased breast cancer tumor growth in mice.

Fascia creates a bodywide system of collagen that connects every structure in our body.
This fascial collagen is piezoelectric liquid crystal.
It creates an electrical current on its surface when moved.

From a quantum biological perspective, inflammation is an excess of positive charge and a decrease in the negative charge of a cell or organ or system.
It makes perfect sense that increasing the negative charge of fascia through movement helps with inflammation and cancer.

Fascia is far from the unnecessary and passive structure that we learned in school.
