Patrinely, in partnership with affiliates of Dune Real Estate Partners, is pleased to announce that Uber Technologies, Inc. has signed a long-term lease at Four106, the 490,000-square-foot, trophy, Class A office tower in downtown Bellevue. Uber will
occupy approximately 170,000 rentable square feet with stunning views of Lake Washington, the Olympic Mountains, and Mt. Rainier.
