“We’re Not Going Back”

We are witnessing moments that feel like history trying to repeat itself, but as believers, we don’t respond with fear, we respond with faith, wisdom, and action.

Scripture declares in Amos 5:24 (NASB):
“But let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.”

God has always been clear, He is not silent about justice. He is not passive about oppression. He is not indifferent when systems shift in ways that impact His people.

What we see today is not just political, it is spiritual.

The enemy always attempts to reverse progress, weaken unity, and silence voices. But the Word reminds us in Isaiah 59:19:
“When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him.”

So we do not shrink back.

We stand.

Not just emotionally, but spiritually, strategically, and collectively.

We stand in truth.
“You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.” (John 8:32)

We stand in courage.
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and discipline.” (2 Timothy 1:7)

We stand in responsibility.
Because the freedoms we walk in today were prayed for, fought for, and paid for.

And we honor that legacy not just with remembrance—but with movement.

This is not a time for silence.
This is a time for wise action, unified voices, and unwavering faith.

Because even when systems shift, God’s sovereignty does not.

Even when laws change, His justice still stands.

And even when history tries to repeat itself—
we are not the same people we used to be.

We are informed.
We are equipped.
We are covered.

So we pray.
We organize.
We speak.
We act.

And we trust that the same God who brought His people through before…
will empower us to stand again.

“If my people… humble themselves and pray… and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven… and heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14)

Healing doesn’t come from silence.
It comes from a people who refuse to sit down when God has called them to stand up.

Let justice rise again.
