Join HMAA as we invite Andrea Estrada, M. Ed, LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and Certified Confidence Coach, to engage in open dialogue with us about common women’s mental health barriers, how we can focus forward, and available resources. Enjoy a safe and intimate space where you can ask tough questions and share or learn more.

Afterwards we will have a fire release to let go of the negative emotions. Using a pen & paper, you’ll write down the feelings / memories / negative thoughts and burn them in the fire to release yourself.

Today we mark 20 years since September 11, 2001. We will forever remember and honor over thousands of people who tragically lost their lives on this day. Though this day gives us great pain, we will forever cherish the memories of the victims and the courageous heroes who fought to save countless lives.
