Join us this Saturday, June 20th at 9:30 AM, for the launch of our new HYROX class. Designed to complement our daily CrossFit program, this class will help you build the stamina, strength, and resilience required to perform when it matters most.

Today’s Pride Month workout brought a lot of new faces, a lot of high fives, and at least a few moments where partners questioned their life choices 😂🌈

Nothing says “welcome to the gym” quite like a long partner WOD and finding out your friend volunteered you for burpees.

Thank you to everyone who came out, brought a guest, and helped make today’s class one of the most fun Saturdays we’ve had in a while. New friends were made, calories were destroyed, and nobody got left behind.
