We are seeking to hire a part-time Creative Production Intern, reporting to the Brand and Communications Manager, to join our team for 9 months (with the option to extend). In this position, you will assist in creating and optimizing the Cook Ross Brand Strategy while developing a sustainable workflow for this area of business.

We’re looking for that unicorn hybrid kind of person who’s a genius at managing high-stakes projects, but that is also intimately familiar with the creative process that is needed for a brand to pop in the marketplace. If you have a growth mindset, are flexible, believe in the work of IDEA, and are skilled in organizing internal projects in innovative ways, this might be your dream job!

Yes, Derek Chauvin has been convicted of the murder of George Floyd.

However, the work is not done. The work of advancing race equity in the workplace has new legs, and many leaders are still not prepared to thoughtfully engage their teams on these important issues.

Not only are Asian American women having to navigate not being killed while doing their jobs, but they are also spending extra energy making sure they present themselves in a way that doesn’t threaten their chances of manifesting their dreams.

When was the last time you stopped to rest?

You don’t know?

Same here. We know it’s common for folks with personal accounts to take a break from media, but we believe that company accounts should too. After all, in most cases, a person is operating the said account. You and I both know easily this work can chew you up and spit you out if you are not committed to rest. Let’s normalize rest for everyone, okay, sis?
