What an amazing campaign last month! Thanks to your numerous and generous donations, we were able to raise a whopping $6,843 for Charles D. Owen Middle School in Swannanoa, North Carolina. This fully funds, and far exceeds, their grant request of $2,500! The librarian is ecstatic about all of the new books to be purchased with this windfall. We are very grateful for all of the support for this school that is recovering from Hurricane Helene.

Today marks the one year anniversary of the devastating floods in Swannanoa, North Carolina. The Charles D. Owen Middle School library lost many books and is a critical part of the school community and its recovery process. Please donate to our fundraiser to put more books back on their shelves! 100% of all donations go directly to purchasing books to aid these students!
