Today, I get to celebrate them becoming HOMEOWNERS. 🏡

This one hits differently for me because friendship has always meant more to me than business ever will. Being trusted not only as their realtor, but as their friend through such an important chapter of life, has been incredibly rewarding and honestly very emotional for me.

This is our third season that Nelly and Ollie have returned to nest and raise their little owlets in our backyard. We absolutely love watching our little owl, family grow and flourish… But my favorite part is when the parents take the owlets out just before dusk and they start flight school. They hop all over the ground. They’re so bouncy! Then they teach them to fly from one side of the backyard to the other into the Japanese blueberries. It is the sweetest thing to witness.
