We are in search of an Manager. Property, Assistant Manager & Leasing Agent is located in Beaumont, TX, with 256 units. The portfolio has a great support system in place and in need of that additional teammate to make all the magic happen! We are paperless company!
9 Paid holidays (including a day off for your birthday)
PTO 1-4 years - 10 days, 5 years+ - 15 days
Apartment discount starting at 35%. The percentage will increase by 5% with your tenure.

A high school education or equivalent is required
Proficient in written, verbal, and arithmetic skills
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance are required. Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation to fulfill all of the job’s functions.

We are looking for a Property Manager for properties located in Houston, TX with under 150 units. The portfolio has a great support system in place and in need of that additional teammate to make all the magic happen!

Customer service responsibilities:
You must be able to communicate clearly to residents and employees
Reads and/or listens to resident requests/complaints in a calm, supportive, and open manner. Coordinate resolutions to all complaints.
You will demonstrate your amazing customer service skills by treating residents, coworkers, supervisors, and vendors with respect, answering questions in a calm and open manner from coworkers and residents.
Education and experience required:
