" I meant to get a grill, but now I can't even close my mouth and it gives me a headache. Plus it cost me $5000."
Before my patient said anything, I was thinking he was out of his mind. More so, I began to think how any would ever be in their right mind to permanently cement a Diamond Grill on the upper and lower mouth of a patient... Not only was the grill causing my patient pain, but it was also making it impossible for anyone to understand what he was saying...
Long story short, it took me two and a half hours to section off the grills while preventing any tooth damage.
The patient was relieved and I felt accomplished that I was able to rid him of his pain. I only hope he was able to sell the diamonds from his costly grill!!!! $$$
