Kendra promised herself and her kids that before she turned 40 they would have a home to call their own. After becoming one of our family partners, she was able to make it happen with three years to spare.

What does 'need for housing' actually mean?

One of the first things we look at is whether there's a demonstrated need for housing.

That could include:
🏠 Paying more than 33% of your income on rent
🏠 Living in overcrowded housing
🏠 Living in unsafe or unsanitary conditions
🏠 Living in substandard housing
