Did everyone survive back-to-school week? Cant believe this was my back-to-school post 3 years ago! Time is just flying by … don’t go another 3 years before committing to take care of YOU! Pilates is such a kind thing to do for yourself. It has been linked to not only all the obvious strength, balance, flexibility results; but also, pain relief and mood enhancer.
