10 Simplified Tips for Attaining Positive Physical Change:
1. Get off your ass more than your on it.
2. Park in the rear of parking lots.
3. Take stairs not elevators.
4. Slam 8oz of water (room temp NOT ice cold) before your first bite of food followed by one drink of water with every bite.
5. Minimize sugar/bread especially at times of inactivity.
6. Eat plenty of greens.
7. Avoid processed foods.
8. Start your day with some sort of exercise.
9. Do full body resistance training 2 times a week minimally.
10. Put something nutritious (yes you know the difference) in your body every few hrs (3 or so) DO NOT starve yourself.
