Alpha Delicacies began its operations in 2017 in a small storage facility while working with local food manufacturers and bringing two ethnic brands into Houston and Dallas area retailers. We were small, but we were determined to be a better distributor to our manufacturers and retailers by ensuring product availability, visibility and increasing our sales visits to retailers to ensure that our products are being maximized as well as receive important feedback from retailers. We understood the vital role that we played in not only distributing the products, but in being able to expand these products into the market for the manufacturers. By creating an entire marketing infrastructure that was specific to the manufacturers and their products, we were able to experience a growth so rapid that by 2018 we had to expand into a larger warehouse with the capacity of storing frozen products. Currently, we are serving over 160 stores in the Texas and Florida markets. We are establishing the infrastructure to develop the Georgia & Illinois market by summer of 2020 and are in the process of expanding into additional markets.
