I'm often asked should one stretch before or after my workout and the answer is both! π±π±π±
Both serve two different purposes.
Pre-Workout: Prepares the body for exercise by increasing joint and muscle range of motion, which can reduce injury risk.
Post:Workout: Speeds up recovery, alleviates muscle soreness, and improves flexibility.
FST can also be used on rest days to maintain flexibility and prevent stiffness.
Sometimes, all the body needs is a good stretch. Stretch therapy is my favorite way to bring balance, release tension, and restore flow.π±
