I'm often asked should one stretch before or after my workout and the answer is both! 🌱🌱🌱

Both serve two different purposes.
Pre-Workout: Prepares the body for exercise by increasing joint and muscle range of motion, which can reduce injury risk.

Post:Workout: Speeds up recovery, alleviates muscle soreness, and improves flexibility.

FST can also be used on rest days to maintain flexibility and prevent stiffness.
