So proud to unveil the first of two new houses in our Holly project, nearing completion in the First Ward. With a year plus usually invested in each of our developments, it’s always a labor of love getting to the finish line, but I’m particularly excited about this contemporary brick cottage. A lot of care was taken to create something appropriate to the history of the neighborhood, while supporting a modern, urban lifestyle. Think big style in a small, but highly functional space with a connection to the outdoors - just moments from the best of the city.
