Staged a home for a fellow flipper Thursday!
The view from the back of this house is amazing!
It overlooks a small lake! You can see it from all the back windows! The sunsets are gorgeous!
And this house has a pool :)

A few details about Flip House #4 going on the market this Friday!
We added on the dining room.. it was a porch we took in.
There was an atrium right in front of the front door where the white herringbone tile ends..
The kitchen was tiny and dark and was on the left side of the room . Just the cook top area and a bar parallel to it..
The entire house was dark, now it’s light and open!
