No one is perfect. We ALL fail at communicating effectively from time to time. When someone pi**es you off. Give grace and have some humility. Seek to understand in a calm manner. The person pi***ng you off might not have done it maliciously and most likely didn’t. Your own paradigm makes you think they did. FYI... that is your own paradigm. Seek first to understand. Listen, gain clarity. Give grace, be humble, be willing to own your own crap. Stand up for yourself sure, but be willing to see and hear the other side. There are three sides to every story. Yours, theirs... and the truth.
