Hi 👋 my name is Ana and I wanted to tell you a little bit about me.

After getting out of a difficult relationship of 4 years I felt lost like I didn’t belong I didn’t know how to be by alone. And being a single mother I thought I was not gonna be able to provide for my kids. But I refused to go back I was tired and destroyed in the inside. I hided when I cried because I didn’t want my kids to see like that defeated. I’m their super hero, but I did it to protect their feelings and mental health. Soon after that I was diagnosed with anxiety, depression, ADHD. I couldn’t sleep or eat. Depended on medication to sleep. I remember asking myself “how did you got into this situation “ I blamed myself for not making the right decisions

One day I talked to god I asked him to guide me into the right path and to give me strength.

I don’t post about these things for your entertainment. I don’t post these things for sympathy. I don’t post these things for engagement or to sell you a damn thing.

But because someone needs to hear… Individualism is killing our mental health and is dividing us. Our stories connect us. They heal the collective.

😔You can overcome childhood abuse, neglect and poverty.

🥺You can be a good mom even if you didn’t learn how to be one.

😔You can repeat cycles and still be worthy of a better life.

😭 You are capable of breaking cycles even if you’ve repeated them in the past.

👸You are strong and powerful enough to leave when you’re being abused or cheated on.

☹️Alcohol can be a cunning and baffling drug that a lot of us are using to self-medicate or poison ourselves with.

☹️You’re not crazy- it might be ADHD giving you anxiety/depression symptoms, impulsive behaviors/anger and or trouble forming meaningful relationships.

😉It’s okay to fail and pivot in business as long as you don’t give up on yourself.

✨It’s okay not to know how to handle success and money when you’ve never experienced it before.

😔Most of these lifestyle marketers are full of 💩 so don’t beat yourself up if you don’t have it all figured out 100% of time.
