Topic: Steadiness in Spiritual Life

Finding steadiness within our practice can be difficult, especially during times like this when everything seems to be turned upside down. In the Bhagavad-Gita, Krishna teaches us how we can discipline ourselves through determination and devotion. This week Kardama will lead us in a discussion on how we can use the principles of Bhakti yoga given to us in the Bhagavad Gita to place spiritual life as a priority. He will provide us a Krishna conscious perspective on how we can take what have learned and insert spiritual practices within our daily lives and find a steady balance.
