We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to monitor and coordinate multiple personal and business aspects. The successful candidate will be capable of performing a variety of administrative tasks, such as creating and managing schedules, scheduling meetings, handling all company documents, faxing and making copies, and communicating with all of our different departments. The position will also require working closely with the executives and ensuring that the administrative operation is set up as efficiently as possible. Job requires a flexible schedule and comfortability to perform in a fast pace environment.
