Through this collaboration, we are creating pathways to employment, career training, financial empowerment, and long-term economic mobility for the individuals and families we serve.

Together, we’re building stronger, more resilient communities and expanding opportunity throughout Greater Houston.

In the past year alone, this partnership helped support:

✨ 373 individuals receiving financial coaching
✨ 424 participants receiving career coaching
✨ 210 participants placed into jobs

Ready to build a future in the construction industry? SERJobs’ Drywall Training Program prepares participants for entry-level opportunities through hands-on instruction, workplace readiness, and industry-recognized certifications.

Participants will gain experience in:
✔ Drywall installation & finishing
✔ Insulating & soundproofing techniques
✔ Firestopping applications
✔ Construction safety and hands-on trade skills

✅ Certifications Earned:
• NCCER Core Construction
• OSHA 10
• NCCER Drywall Level 1
