Happy Friday! Recently, we had the privilege of having a quick visit with Mr. “King”, owner of Frenchy’s Sausage Co , who expanded his father’s concept of Frenchy’s Chicken Restaurants .

King and Demetri’s dad, the founder of Berkel Sales & Service, have known each other for decades. Now, Berkel works closely with King’s son, P.C., continuing the partnership and supporting their equipment needs.

Frenchy’s has been part of Houston’s food culture for generations. It’s an honor to support a family business with such a strong legacy and commitment to quality.
